Refund Policy

Try before you buy: the full Tomen reader is free, so you can experience the app completely before purchasing Tomen Plus. If something's wrong, we want to make it right.

Try the free version first

Tomen's core reader is free and uncapped — no account needed. Tomen Plus only adds enhancements, so you already know exactly what the app is like before you pay. We encourage you to use the free version first.

How purchases work

Tomen Plus is sold by Polar, our merchant of record. That means Polar is the seller for your transaction and handles billing, taxes, and refunds under its policies and your local consumer-protection laws. Depending on where you live, you may have statutory refund rights (for example, EU/UK consumers).

Requesting a refund

If you'd like a refund — for instance, the app isn't working for you and we can't resolve it — email feedback@tomen.app with the email address you used to purchase. We'll help you, and where needed coordinate the refund through Polar. You can also contact Polar directly using the receipt they emailed you.

After a refund

If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the associated Tomen Plus license is deactivated, and premium features return to the free tier.
